Tinhoard picked the wrong model
Open the piece, tap Edit and change the name, maker or year. If the other suggestions looked closer, retake the base photo in brighter light with the plate filling the frame.
What if it says Not sure?
Below 60% Tinhoard says so instead of guessing. Retake the base photo, or type the name yourself and save the piece.
Why photograph the base?
The maker, model name and mould year are cast into the base. That text is the best clue to which model you have.
How many photo IDs do I get?
5 a day for free, 60 a day with Pro. The count starts again each day.
Where do the rough ranges come from?
A rough range is an estimate from the image recognition model, not sales data, and it is shown with its confidence. Use Check sold listings to see what pieces sold for. Only the value you type counts toward your total.
How do I export my collection?
In Settings, choose Export CSV. It is free, any time.
Restore purchases
In Settings, tap Restore purchases while signed in with the Apple Account that bought Pro.
Sync between devices
Sign in to the same iCloud account on each device. The shelf works offline and syncs when you are back online.
Delete my data
Your collection lives on your devices and in your iCloud, not on our server. Deleting a piece removes it and its photos from all your devices. The daily-limit counter on our server is deleted after 2 days.
